A Senior Interior Designer is required for a prestigious luxury interior design studio delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout the UK and internationally. The successful candidate will lead creative design teams, manage client relationships, oversee procurement and FF&E packages, and play a key role in maintaining the studio''s exceptional design standards. Senior Interior Designer Job Overview

• Lead luxury interior design projects from initial concept through to final installation and completion.
• Develop creative design concepts, presentations, mood boards, and client proposals.
• Produce detailed drawing packages including plans, elevations, and technical design information using AutoCAD.
• Create visual presentations and renderings using Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and hand sketching where appropriate.
• Manage complex FF&E budgets, procurement schedules, supplier coordination, and project delivery.
• Oversee project programmes, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior designers while providing creative leadership across project teams.
• Review bespoke furniture and joinery designs, including technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and consultants throughout project delivery.

Senior Interior Designer Job Requirements

• Degree qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury commercial interior design projects.
• Strong understanding of FF&E procurement, supplier management, and project budgeting.
• Excellent design, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Experience leading projects independently from concept through to completion.
• Strong technical knowledge of bespoke furniture, joinery, and luxury interior detailing.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Esti-PC, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.

Senior Interior Designer Salary & Benefits

• Salary -45,000 - -55,000 depending on experience.
