Assistant Restaurant requirements:

• Proven experience in reputable restaurants, hotels, or membersandrsquo; clubs
• Ready to step up from a Restaurant Supervisor role or already working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, service-driven approach
• Excellent interpersonal skillsandmdash;confident with both guests and team members
