Identity and Access Management Business Analyst (IAM) - Banking - London/Hybrid Our client, a London-based investment bank, requires a seasoned Business Analyst to work on multiple IAM projects. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London (City) office and is inside IR35 (Umbrella Company only). ESSENTIAL SKILLS andamp; EXPERIENCE: 7+years Business Analysis experience gained in a financial services/investment banking setting; Excellent documentation skills, experienced in mapping AS IS and TO BE process flows, and strong skills in Visio; Proven experience of facilitating and running stand-ups/meetings; Excellent senior-level stakeholder management skills; Good knowledge of IdAM best practices; Understanding of toxic access, segregation of duties (SoD), JML process, data flows and integration with other applications; Experience in defining, assessing and governance of processes, procedures and controls for IdAM; Proven experience working with identity and access management tools, enterprise directory technology stack, data mapping and related resource adapter sets; and Previous financial services/banking/investment banking experience.
