What You''ll Be Doing

• Adapting the EYFS: Delivering the framework with the extreme flexibility that complex SEND needs require.
• Sensory-Led Learning: Using modern facilities to bridge communication gaps through PECS, Makaton, and play.
• Real-Time Pivoting: Switching your teaching style mid-session to meet a child''s changing sensory or emotional needs.

• Expertise: A deep understanding of EYFS and a genuine "SEND spark."

• Credentials: QTS preferred (ECTs and highly experienced UQTs welcome).
