On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Business and Project Management Partner on an initial 7-month contract. As the Business and Project Management Partner, you will be supporting the engineering team and help shape the future of our Business Operations.Role: Business and Project Management Partner Pay: 42.39 per hour via Umbrella Location: Filton Contract: Monday- Friday, 35 Hours per week, 7 months (possible extension) IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: BPSS Responsibilities Assuring that business and project management processes are followed within your engineering programme team.Building and maintaining robust integrated plans with all stakeholders involved.Maintaining a credible resource and financial plan.Promoting a mindset of anticipation to identify and act on potential risks, opportunities and workload evolution.Assuring that internal resourcing and external engineering service supplier activities are launched in line with the plan and managed in accordance with Airbus policy and processes.Proactively managing the collation and reporting of key performance indicators to ensure that the 1YL business management data is readily available for effective performance management.Providing guidance and mentoring to our engineering community on business and project management.Supporting 1YL with the implementation of Business / Project Management best practices and enabling a culture of continuous improvement.
