Your mission: to enhance customer experience through effective analysis, documentation, and implementation of IT-driven business improvements. You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of IT solutions-from requirements gathering through to implementation and training.Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements through direct engagement with stakeholders. Draft and refine detailed Business Requirement Specifications including test cases, flowcharts, and mock-ups. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Conduct comprehensive testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Create and deliver end-user training and documentation. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Lead daily stand-ups and regular progress meetings. Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests. Contribute to website CMS updates as needed.
