As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Full ownership of store performance, driving sales, KPIs, and client experience
• Leading from the front to deliver a premium, personalised shopping journey
• Inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team with a focus on styling and service
• Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with brand identity
• Driving clientelling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
• Managing stock, operations, and store processes with strong attention to detail
• Taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
