The successful candidate must have knowledge of working in the public sector and hold a valid practising certificate Role:Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including vendor, sales, and partnership contracts, to protect the organisation''s interests.Risk Management and Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks across the business.
