This role is for a serious injury solicitor who wants time to think, time to prepare, and time for clients, without worrying about billing targets or unmanageable caseloads. My client is a well-established, specialist, serious injury law firm and you will be joining their lean, growing Midlands-based team that was recently set us and is expanding carefully. With the focus on high-quality serious injury work well and sustainably. What you''ll actually do You won''t be buried in volume or stuck on the edges of cases. Instead, you will: Run your own serious injury caseload (typically 8-12 files) so you stay in control of your work Lead on complex, high-value claims, not just assist in the background Work closely on catastrophic injury cases, contributing meaningfully alongside Partners and Senior Associates Hell develop and manage a small group of Trainees and Paralegals Build long-term client relationships, with the time to focus on outcomes Why this role works (and what it means for you) No billing targets You can focus on quality advocacy and client care, not just survival or hitting numbers.
