Role overview: Senior Team Manager - Head of Perm recruitment. This is a high-growth leadership role responsible for building and leading a team of international Perm recruitment consultants, leveraging existing client relationships, and shaping strategy and commercial direction for the team.

Role and responsibilities
Grow the footprint of Permanent recruitment globally and maintain a strong personal brand with candidates and clients.
Lead and develop a team of experienced consultants, with accountability for billing and account management.
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: role briefing, search and selection, interview coaching, closing, and follow-up.
Develop major client accounts and convert warm prospects into active companies and candidates.
Set standards and lead by example across the recruitment lifecycle; deliver excellent candidate and company experiences.
Collaborate with the marketing team on candidate and client acquisition strategies.
Leadership
Design hiring strategy, targets, and metrics to ensure team success.
Lead, train, and manage a small team of consultants with growth and development responsibilities.
Own sales accountability for the team; measure performance and lead by example.
Hire, develop, attract, and retain talent; implement best practices across the team.
Uphold the company’s values and maintain high-quality service levels for customers, candidates, and contacts.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the CEO.
What we are looking forThis role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys sales and recruitment, building client relationships, and opening new business opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in a candidate-short permanent market in medical devices or life sciences (Europe or international preferred).
Recruitment agency experience.
Proven experience managing and developing at least 2 recruitment consultants.
Proven track record of opening and developing accounts.
