Bid Admin Assistant - Reading

We are seeking a motivated, organised Bid Admin Assistant to join our client - a reputable company operating in the electronic security industry - to support with the tendering process and contribute to their continued success. This role works closely with the Bid Manager and the wider team to ensure that all tender submissions are professionally compiled and submitted on time. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and eager to develop their skills in bid coordination within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Whilst industry specific experience would be beneficial, applications from related industries (tech/construction/etc.) will also be considered.Key Responsibilities Sort and compile received tender documentation into relevant client folders, ensuring accurate filing.Print and organise tender drawings, as well as compile take-offs of proposed equipment for quotations.Assist in preparing technical submittals for proposed equipment.Support in compiling Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) for bid submissions.Request supplier quotations and assist in incorporating them into tender documents.Assist the bid team in preparing for and attending tender presentations.Attend pre-tender site meetings to support bid planning and survey requirements.Provide general administrative support as required by the Senior Management Team.
