Role: ESOL Lecturer Location: Greater Manchester Type: Full time permanent Salary: 34000 - 44000 Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ESOL Lecturer on behalf of a further Education College in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time, permanent position to start in the new academic year. You will deliver high-quality, engaging ESOL lessons to adult learners from a variety of cultural and linguistic backgrounds. You''ll support learners in developing their English skills for work, study, and everyday life, helping them to achieve recognised qualifications and make real progress. Key Responsibilities include: Planning and deliver creative and inclusive ESOL lessons from Pre-Entry to Level 2. Assessing learners needs and progress using a variety of methods. Provide regular feedback, support and guidance to help students succeed. Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement activities. Maintaining accurate records of learner attendance, progress and achievement. What We''re Looking For: A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent). A subject-specific ESOL qualification (e.g. CELTA, DELTA, or ESOL specialism). Experience teaching ESOL in a Further Education or community setting.
