OverviewAs a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you''ll look after residents'' needs to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role involves supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Responsibilities

Deliver quality, person-centred care and support to residents, respecting dignity and individual preferences.

Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant care home environment.

About You / Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
