An independent and much-loved bar group is opening a new venue in Manchester. We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the opening of this brand-new site. This is a fun, vibrant, and high-energy concept, known for creative cocktails, great vibes, and unforgettable guest experiences. As General Manager, you will launch and grow this new site, bringing your leadership, creativity, and high-volume bar experience to the table.Responsibilities

Lead the opening and ongoing management of a brand-new Manchester venue.Drive guest experience, service standards, and operational excellence in a high-volume bar.Provide leadership to the team, cultivate a positive culture, and develop strong performance.Manage PandL, staffing, and performance in line with business goals.What we\''re looking for
