Key Responsibilities:

• Manage works starting July 21
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams Requirements:

• DBS clearance (essential)
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and site management skills
