Monitor and manage completion of Fire Risk Assessment actionsProvide guidance to internal staff members on completion of Fire Safety actionCommunicate with internal teams to help with accessRaise, track and receipt purchase orders in our systemLead weekly and monthly contract meetings with contractor/s, set agendas, and review workloads and expected completionsLiaise with consultants – Savills and Clear Safety for post inspections, quote checks, specificationsDetails

Hybrid role: 3 days in the officeShifts: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pmPAYE £23.03 | Umbrella £30.46Essential Requirements

Must have a similar background in fire safetyAbility to manage contractors, build strong working relationships to ensure the buildings are compliant and safe for residentsProblem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective IT skills including intermediate MS Office skillsMust be immediately available or on short notice
