This is an ongoing position offering regular weekday work and immediate starts for the right candidate. Location: TW18 Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM Starts Job Type: Ongoing Work Immediate Starts Available The Role This is a varied role that combines van driving duties with grounds maintenance and horticultural work across local sites. Key responsibilities include: Driving a company van between various locations. Hanging and maintaining floral baskets and displays. Organising and maintaining greenhouses. Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance. Watering, pruning, and caring for plants and flowers. Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and presentable. Supporting the wider team with seasonal horticultural projects. Requirements Full UK Driving Licence. Previous van driving experience preferred. An interest in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance is advantageous. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards. What We Offer 12.71 per hour. Monday to Friday working pattern.
