The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards and driving commercial performance.This role requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and business acumen, with a proven track record of managing a successful residential service, ideally with a care home/nursing home setting.
