This role blends business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored contact centre solutions using AI technologies to improve customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Engagement: Understand clients CX challenges and identify how CCaaS and AI solutions can meet their business goals. Develop and present tailored demonstrations and proofs of concepts. Create proposals including ROI analysis.Technical Expertise: Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Design scalable technical architectures for contact centre and AI-based customer service. Maintain knowledge of contact centre and AI trends and tools. Ensure smooth handovers from pre-sales to implementation teams.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies related to customer experience (e.g., chatbots, NLP, sentiment analysis).Experience with Contact Centre/CX platforms and their integration with AI.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data management systems (CRM, ERP).Minimum 2 years in a pre-sales or solution consulting role with a focus on AI, CX, or SaaS.Strong understanding of the customer journey (CX metrics, customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty).Benefits and Additional InformationSalary range up to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.Pension.Applicants must be UK-based and legally entitled to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
