We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic

AI Solutions Engineer

to join our team.

Role Purpose

To design and deliver compelling AI-powered experiences for customers — including demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts — using internal tooling and generative AI capabilities, with a direct impact on sales enablement and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Build and present engaging AI demos and prototypes that showcase the value of generative AI in customer experience.

Collaborate with sales and product teams to co-create tailored AI solutions aligned with client needs and strategic goals.

Use internal tooling and frameworks to rapidly develop proof-of-concepts that accelerate customer decision-making.

Support business development efforts by contributing to ROI modelling and business case creation.

Translate data insights into compelling stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ensure ethical AI principles are embedded in all customer-facing solutions and engagements.

Stay current with emerging generative AI technologies and contribute to internal capability building.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with generative AI tools and frameworks.

Experience in designing customer-centric AI experiences, including conversational interfaces and intelligent automation.

Proven ability to develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives.

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales and product teams.

Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively.

Awareness of ethical AI practices and a commitment to responsible innovation.
