Position: Repairs Planner Location: Ealing, W5 Type: Perm, 40 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)Annual salary: £31,500.00We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Repairs Planner to take responsibility for managing and coordinating all aspects of repair and maintenance services within our social housing properties. In this role, you will work closely with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality repairs, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
