TXM require 5 individuals on a temporary basis to carry out the demobilisation of the Hexthorpe rolling stock depot site.

Job Title:                            Construction Site Labourer / Warehouse Operative x 5

Hourly pay rate:              Pay Rate; £13.38 PAYE.  Overtime pay rate is £17.80/hr (PAYE).

Location:                           Hexthorpe, Doncaster

Hours:                                Monday – Friday, 07:00am-15:00pm with potential for overtime

Start date:                         ASAP – Must be immediately available to start

End date:                          22nd October 2025

Must be able to pass a basic Medical and drugs & alcohol test prior to start.

Purpose of the roles are to support the demobilisation of the Hexthorpe rolling stock site.

Role responsibilities; housekeeping, breaking up pallets, removing waste and placing in a skip.

The role involves a lot of manual work, like lifting items and moving materials, so a high level of fitness and physical strength is required.

Open to the individuals with the following experience: would consider individuals from a construction site labouring background or warehousing environment.

Always Adhere to Health & Safety on site.

Ensuring the work area is safe, free of hazards, and properly maintained.

Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential
