Overview
Paid Media Manager (Maternity Cover) at THG Beauty, LOOKFANTASTIC.Role within the Commercial Marketing structure. You will work closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels and design to execute brand-funded media and influencer campaigns. This role provides exposure to performance marketing, influencer marketing, retail and eCommerce, and external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team acts as THG ambassadors and media experts.Responsibilities
Operate brand-facing relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC’s key brand partners to co-develop data-driven digital plans that drive brand growthDevelop and pitch multi-platform digital plans with the Partnership Marketing lead to deliver 360 on- and offsite activationsDeliver mid- and post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts and ROI of investmentsCollaborate with the influencer team to commission assets for media and channel repurposingTrain delivery and manage workload across direct report(s)Secure incremental digital investment with new brand partners through effective pitching and communicationSuggest optimisations for campaigns to meet agreed ROI targetsWork with the in-house design team to deliver high-quality assets for brand partnersCoordinate with wider marketing teams to ensure impactful delivery of digital plansReport performance against targets and inform strategy for the function’s growthManage budgets by reviewing partner budgets and planning to maximise resultsCommit to continuous learning across key media platforms to deliver innovative media strategyQualifications and Skills
5+ years of paid media / digital marketing experience with hands-on media expertiseSelf-starter and self-motivated with a strong presence as a brand ambassadorCompetent in Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads ManagerInterest in beauty/retail with a performance mindsetDigitally literate with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcel and reporting proficiency; excellent communicator with clear, detailed insightsCritical thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective presentation and written communication skillsProven ability to meet targets and end-to-end sales skills (prospecting, pipeline management, closing, negotiation)What’s in it for me?
