Infrastructure lead/Infrastructure Architect/Devops Lead. This role is suited to a hands-on Infrastructure Team Lead ready to take ownership of core infrastructure platforms while operating within a DevOps model. The position is responsible for maintaining a stable, secure, and high-performing environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and appropriately resourced. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset. Experience working in Agile environments and strong Scripting knowledge are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team. Oversee Linux (Red Hat), VMware vSphere, enterprise storage, and Kubernetes platforms. Manage hybrid infrastructure across cloud (Azure) and on-prem environments. Drive automation and orchestration using tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Git, and Terraform. Ensure network reliability across Firewalls, routing, switching, and WAN/LAN environments. Contribute to technical strategy, risk management, and architectural planning. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support evolving business priorities.
