The Role

Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Location: Fulham, London
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: -34,000 - -35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Create engaging and stimulating learning opportunities tailored to children''s individual needs
• Support children''s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
• Has previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
• Is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
