Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee payroll processing for a varied portfolio of clients.Ensure payrolls are completed accurately, on time, and in line with statutory requirements.Review and submit RTI filings, pension uploads, payroll logs, and associated documentation.Act as a primary point of contact for client payroll queries and service delivery matters.Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.Assist with the onboarding of new payroll clients and support compliance processes.Support billing activities, work-in-progress reviews, and accurate client invoicing.Attend client meetings where required and provide payroll expertise and guidance.Escalate ..... full job details .....
