Job OpportunityWe are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and well-motivated Inpatient Ward Medical Secretary to provide secretarial support to the Consultant Psychiatrist and medical team at Garner Ward, Bodmin Hospital. This is a six-month fixed-term post, with consideration for secondment. Please note, this position is only open to current NHS employees in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly.

Applicants must currently work for one of these organisations; applications from others will not be considered.
Role Responsibilities
Organising and prioritising tasks efficiently
Proactively solving problems and queries
Supporting multidisciplinary team activities
Answering calls, arranging appointments, audio typing, scanning, and uploading documentation
Photocopying, minute taking, ordering stationery, and general administrative duties
