Welder Fabricator – Afternoon Shift | Permanent

We are currently working on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business in the Coalville area, who are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join their afternoon shift team.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced welding professionals who are looking for a stable, long-term role with great potential for development.

Position Details:

• Location: Coalville
• Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:15pm to 00:30am (38.75 hours per week)
• Pay: £18 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Holiday: 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
• Other Benefits: Full PPE provided, free on-site parking, company pension scheme, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding and general fabrication work
• Working from and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
• Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
• Ensuring high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times

Desirable (Not Essential) Experience:

• Operation of press brake machinery
• Experience using plasma cutting equipment

About You:

• Proven experience in welding and fabrication, particularly MIG welding
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
