As Head of Commercial Property, you\''ll be responsible for leading one of the firm\''s most important practice areas. Key responsibilities include:Setting the vision, structure, and performance standards for the Commercial Property teamManaging a caseload of high-value and complex commercial property transactionsDriving business development and building strong client relationships across regional and national marketsContributing to firm-wide strategy as part of the senior leadership teamMentoring junior solicitors and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team cultureRepresenting the firm at industry events, professional forums, and networking opportunitiesCandidate Requirements
