Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader: Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in leading the care team during shifts. Provide hands-on care and support to children with complex needs, including manual handling and medical support tasks. Lead by example in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with each child s individual care plan. Oversee shift planning, medication administration, personal care, and health-related routines. Support the physical, emotional, and social development of each young person.
