We are seeking outstanding Senior Consultants with substantial experience in AI and Data solution design and implementation, particularly within the wealth and asset management sector. We provide expertise and delivery in three core areas that work closely together:AI and Advanced Analytics - leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights to drive innovation and enhance decision making across the organizationData Architecture and Engineering – focusing on next generation data solution architecture design and implementationData Management and Strategy – supporting data strategy, governance, analytics target operating models and Data Office supportYour key responsibilities

Collaborate as part of a delivery team on complex financial services programs, focusing on wealth and asset management initiatives, with roles including techno functional analysis, data strategy, data analysis, solution design and end to end implementation managementSupport development of EY data solutions and methods to improve effectiveness and reduce costsSupport RFP responses and contribute to thought leadership issued to the marketEnsure internal risk and administration processes are adhered toSkills and attributes for success

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering data technology solutions that create positive outcomes for customers, regulators and shareholders. Candidates should have strong problem solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in writing and verbally.To qualify for the role you must have some or all of the following

Proven experience in wealth and asset management with a good understanding of investment strategies and the end to end value chain to advise clients on modernising their data platformsAdvanced knowledge in at least one core capabilityData Architecture and Data EngineeringAdvanced Analytics Cloud Architectures and ToolingData Management, Data Strategy, Data Governance and Data QualitySolution architecture (Business, Functional, Technical)Understanding of technology trends and implications on the FS industry, including vendor platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin, State Street Alpha, FNZ; cloud architecture and providers; integration tools and AI methods and techniques; cloud platforms like Snowflake, Azure, AWS and Google beneficialKnowledge of common functions in a typical Data organisationDemonstrated interest and awareness in emerging technologiesHands-on coding experience with SQL, Python or ScalaWhat we look for
