This is a standout opportunity to take the lead on content and social for a newly launched arm of an ambitious fashion business. Working closely with the founders, you''ll shape the brand''s voice, creative direction and digital presence-playing a key role in its growth journey from the very beginning.

What You''ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver the social media and content strategy across all platforms
- Create engaging, on-brand content that drives growth, reach and community
- Generate innovative ideas to elevate brand storytelling and visibility
- Take an active role in shoots-from concept development through to delivery
- Analyse performance and refine content to maximise impact
- Partner closely with founders to define and evolve brand identity
- Build and scale an in-house content and social team as the brand grows
- Stay ahead of trends across fashion, social and digital culture
What We''re Looking For
- 4+ years'' experience in social media/content, ideally within fashion or retail
- A highly organised, structured approach in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and adaptable day-to-day
- A strong creative eye with a genuine passion for fashion (menswear a plus)
- Confidence leading shoots and contributing creatively on set
- Proven experience growing social channels and building engaged communities
- A commercial mindset-able to connect content with brand and business growth
- Ambition and capability to build and lead a team
