Contract Digital Transformation Project ManagerVANRATH are recruiting a contract IT Project Manager for an organisation based in Greater Belfast. This exciting role involves working across multiple digital transformation projects, It''s an excellent opportunity to join one of NI''s leading organisations and a longstanding client of VANRATH.The role is hybrid working, anticipated to be for an initial duration of 9 months and full time 5 days per week. You will be reporting into an existing Programme Manager for outputs.Example Projects:Data retention (mapping, tagging, sharepoint, GDPR)Telephony - recording, FCA requirementsRisk management platform selection and roll outERPSAAS platform development and roll out to USARemuneration:This role will pay £500- 550 per day (inside IR35 via Umbrella provider).Responsibilities:Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.Running the project and ensuring that we are able to meet deadlines, budgets, resource needs and deliver on our promisesCreating and maintaining comprehensive project documentationCoordinating internal resources and sometimes third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projectsCommunicating with customers in different roles and handle their different expectationsAssess risks to project time, quality and scope, and develop contingencies/mitigation strategies with project stakeholdersManage project budget, including revenue recognition and invoicing tasks in coordination with the Finance DepartmentConstantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholdersThe Ideal Person:A master''s, bachelor''s or equivalent degreeStrong communication and collaboration skillsProven work experience in IT project management in a commercial environmentSolid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skillsHave previous experience utilising a project methodology (e.g. PRINCE 2, other similar methodology).Hold an ITIL foundation certificateFor further information on this vacancy, or any other IT Project Manager job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Ross Stevenson in the strictest confidence.Follow VANRATH on LinkedIn for:Expert career advice.
