The Person:

• Experienced in a manufacturing environment.-
• Have 3 years supervisory or team leader experience.-
• Effective communicator (Written and Verbal).

The Role:

• Ensure work stations are set up in line with company procedure.
• Identify quality and health and safety issues and rectify/report.
• Provide shift reports to Production Manager.
• Reading of engineering drawings to ensure that products are manufactured to company and customer specifications.-
• Monitoring shift KPI''s.-
• Adhering to site Health and Safety procedure.-
