Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Head of Delivery at Clearwater People SolutionsWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience of delivering high-value (£5m+), multi-technology smart building projects, spanning ICT cabling, security, networking, AV, BMS and IoT systems and MSI services. The Senior Project Manager will combine commercial and financial acumen with exceptional technical and operational knowledge to ensure every project meets its performance, budgetary, and quality objectives.Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager

Define and agree project methodology at initiation, ensuring the RACI matrix is complete, communicated, and adhered to.Lead mobilisation meetings and ensure resource alignment across all technical disciplines (Security, AV, IT, BMS, MSI).Ensure Monday.com has been set up project dashboards, delivery, programmes, risk registers, and key metrics, ensuring full visibility of deliverables and milestones.Ensure all pre-construction deliverables (RAMS, procurement schedules, integrated programmes) are complete and approved prior to works commencing.Provide senior leadership across all aspects of multi-technology project delivery, with direct accountability for Project Managers under your remit.Monitor critical activities and ensure mitigation strategies are in place for any deviations to time, quality, or budget.Work with PMO and Operations to ensure resources are allocated efficiently across concurrent projects, with escalation points clearly defined.Key Experience for the Senior Project Manager

Previous Smart Building integration project delivery experienceKnowledge of multi-technology smart building projects, spanning ICT cabling, security, networking, AV, BMS and IoT.Seniority level
