Responsibilities and duties of the Project Manager role

Reporting to your manager you will:

• Plan and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
• Scheduling, cost planning and budgeting of projects.
• Overseeing on-site operations, leading and coordinating the on-site teams.
• Ensuring quality standards and health and safety standards are met.
• Communicating between site workers, line management and key stakeholders on the progress and status of the projects.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Proven experience in a Project Management role in the construction industry with projects valued up to -10mil+.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT contract administration.
• Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent.
• Experience on projects within the pharmaceutical industry or restricted/ highly regulated industries.
• Eligibility to pass MoD security vetting.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Eligibility to work and live in the UK.

The Project Manager role would suit someone who:

• Has strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in IT skills including project management software.
