We are looking for a

Quality and Sustainability Manager

who will own Wild’s global quality agenda and lead our sustainability programme, ensuring every product meets our standards for safety, performance, and environmental impact. Sitting at the heart of our Supply Chain team, you’ll embed quality and sustainability into every stage of our process flow - from raw material sourcing to final production. You will be the point person for quality operations, from supplier audits to complaint resolution, while driving sustainability improvements in packaging and manufacturing. You’ll work closely with our contract manufacturing partners to balance day-to-day issue resolution with long-term system building to scale with Wild’s growth. Reporting into our Supply Chain Value Creation Lead, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Customer Service teams to ensure quality and sustainability are built into everything we do.
