Tyrone, the company now requires a Site Manager to take the lead on a new scheme.Your new role Due to a recently awarded contract, the company welcomes you as Site Manager, responsible for the delivery of a new modular unit on a healthcare site based in Co. Tyrone. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of a modular healthcare unit to include groundworks, ancillary works and all external works due to last a minimum of 2 months from the end of June.What you''ll need to succeed A successful Site Manager will have previous experience managing new-build commercial or modular buildings as Site no.1, with engineering background and knowledge of groundworks highly advantageous.
