As our Assistant Director of Building Safety, you''ll provide strategic oversight and assurance for all higher-risk buildings, ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act and related legislation. What you''ll do Lead the delivery of full compliance with the Building Safety Act and the Social Housing Regulator''s standards across all higher-risk residential buildings. Oversee preparation, submission, and maintenance of safety case reports and building assessment certificates. Champion resident engagement and transparent communication on all safety matters. Direct regular safety assessments, audits, and inspections, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and resolved. Develop and maintain a robust training and competency framework for all relevant colleagues and supply chain partners. Manage mandatory occurrence reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
