We at Fusion Practices are seeking an experienced Senior Loan IQ Analyst to support a large-scale, multi-year finance transformation programme. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, complete, and timely data flow from the Loan IQ platform into finance systems and downstream reporting solutions. This position will be managed by the Finance Technology function, with day-to-day collaboration within the Loan IQ team to enable hands-on system access and close alignment with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Requirements andamp; Data Analysis Engage with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Data, and Technology to gather and document data and interface requirements Perform detailed source system analysis within Loan IQ, including data structures, usage, and lineage Define source-to-target mappings for downstream systems such as sub-ledger/GL, data warehouse, and reporting platforms Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reconciliation Understand end-to-end loan life cycle events including loans, guarantees, and standby letters of credit (SBLCs) 2.
