At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Early Years Trainer Tutor or Assessor to join their expanding team. This is teaching apprenticeships for learners who work in nursery settings. This is a face to face Early Years Trainer role with travel required to support apprentices and employers across Coventry and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in delivering Early Years apprenticeship programmes across Levels 2 to 5, supporting learners through structured training, assessment and coaching to help them achieve successful outcomes. What you will be doing: • Deliver Early Years apprenticeship training across Levels 2 to 5 as an Early Years Trainer in a classroom and workplace setting • Plan and deliver structured schemes of work, lesson plans and learning resources • Carry out face to face training sessions for groups of apprentices 3 days per week and 2 days per week in the workplace plus admin days • Support learners to develop occupational skills, knowledge and behaviours • Monitor apprentice progress and provide regular feedback ..... full job details .....
