You ll play a crucial role in scheduling maintenance, installations, and inspections, ensuring a smooth workflow while delivering exceptional customer service. This role suits someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch service callsPlan and organise preventative maintenance servicesCreate service quotes and keep customers informed of any delays.Answer incoming calls from engineers and provide assistance.Review and adjust schedules throughout the day to meet changing priorities.Use scheduling tools to ensure efficient planning and resource allocation.Proactively collaborate with internal teams to drive seamless service delivery.Build strong relationships with key customers, delivering an added-value service.
