OverviewJoin our UK Online Commercial Finance team as a strategic finance partner to Marketing! In this high-impact role, you''ll help shape smart investment decisions, drive profitable growth, and maximise ROI. We''re looking for a commercially savvy finance professional with the confidence to influence senior leaders and the insight to turn data into strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Marketing spend, ensuring alignment with company strategy and budget

Partner with the Marketing leadership to evaluate the efficiency and ROI of campaigns, channels, and initiatives

Drive financial challenge and support decision-making on media planning, digital spend, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional activities

Support the budgeting and profit planning process, ensuring marketing assumptions are realistic and aligned with business objectives

Collaborate with Commercial department, FPandA, and BI teams to integrate marketing data into broader PandL analysis

Provide strategic recommendations on spend optimisation, pricing of campaigns, and customer segmentation

Proven track record in commercial finance roles, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Customer, or Commercial analysis

Good understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and their link to PandL performance, with excellent analytical, modelling, and presentation skills

Have the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, balancing financial discipline with commercial opportunities

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience

Experience in roles focused on Marketing, Customer, or Commercial analysis
