This includes preparing and explaining management information (MI), delivering accurate month-end reporting, managing budgets and forecasts, and providing insightful variance analysis. You''ll work closely with operational managers and project teams to ensure projects are delivered within approved spend, while also supporting reporting and audits. This is a hands-on role that combines traditional management accounting responsibilities with the unique challenges of project accounting.
