Industrial Door + Gates Engineer

Our client, a leading Door company are looking for a Door and-Automatic Gate Engineer working within their Maintenance Department on various sites.

Our client will consider candidates with 1 year plus experience of working on automated gates or industrial doors.

Your duties will consist of installation/servicing/maintaining and rectification of works on various premises across the Northampton, Luton and Milton Keynes area.

Responsible for:

- Experience with working on the following assets, Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles,

- Dealing effectively and safely with faults/breakdowns

- Complete tasks such as; fixing, Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, Floor barriers,

- Undertake reactive in hours call outs to multiple sites as required

Ideally you will have previous with FAAC, BFT, CAME, Automation systems, but training will be provided

- Hold a full UK Driving licence

- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

- Have an understanding of Health and Safety procedures

- Maturity and responsibility, especially as working in a high security environment

- Attention to detail

- Organisational and time management skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- DHF Automated gate and barrier training

- CSCS card preferred
