Our team is dedicated to providing a service of excellence, safety, and sustainability.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Projects Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a key leadership role that requires a motivated, strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and design through to execution and handover.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the structural and architectural steelwork industry.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Good knowledge of UK-CA steelwork requirements.Ability to work with no prompting from senior management, chasing RFI’s, backing up verbal discussions and keeping the client updated on progress and variations.What We Offer:Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to work on prestigious and challenging projects.Company pension scheme.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to joe@assesmont.co.uk.
