The OpportunityImmediate start available. We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative based in Tower Hamlets. This is a full time permanent role working 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 4.00pm. The rate of pay is 14.80 per hour, equating to an annual salary of 36,940.80. This is a mobile position covering commercial sites including business parks, residential developments, and public spaces within the Tower Hamlets area. You will work as part of a two-person mobile team alongside a Grounds Foreman, maintaining each site to a consistently high standard. The Team Leader will collect you each morning, so candidates must live within a 5 mile radius of Woodford Green, East London. Due to the structure of the team, a full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive and cover routes when needed. This role offers structured working hours, consistent outdoor work, and long-term stability.
