That is The Miller Difference. We wish to recruit an Engineer to join our technical team based in our West Midlands office reporting to the Technical Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring a strong working partnership between site management, groundwork contractors, Technical and Commercial and will be responsible for all office-based aspects of the engineering function during pre-commencement, through to completion and adoption. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Contracts Managers / Site Managers with infrastructure programming and delivery, together with drawing/specification coordination, statutory services, section agreements and associated legal processes. You should possess previous housebuilding experience in a similar role and have the confidence and experience to run multiple projects at any one time.
