This role will focus on managing a major retail account, working closely with a leading brand to deliver high-quality in-store campaigns. The position requires strong organisational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for a large retail account, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.Manage end-to-end delivery of in-store campaigns, from initial brief through to completion.Rewrite and refine client briefs to ensure clarity and feasibility.Oversee product management, including costs, timelines, and on-site requirements.Conduct regular site visits (driving licence required).Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring efficiency and profitability.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard and delivered on time.Monitor campaign progress, resolve issues, and keep clients updated with regular reports.
