We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to fill roles within SEN and mainstream schools across the Bournemouth and Poole area.

You will ideally have prior experience of working as a Teaching Assistant or Support Staff in schools, or you may have transferrable skills from another sector such as Care with an interest in SEN and working with children.

Key aspects of the role-include:

Support and Mentoring:-Working closely with-school staff to deliver tailored behavioural strategies.

Key Responsibilities:-Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and self-esteem through 1:1 or small group interventions.

Required Approach:-A calm, patient, and resilient approach is required to build positive relationships with young people.
